Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 is a first-person perspective mechanic simulator game created by Red Dot Games and published by PlayWay S.A.
There are two modes you can play the game in, Campaign and Sandbox. In Campaign mode the game is divided into job orders, these vary from repairing customer vehicles, replacing brakes, rebuilding engines and more. Upon receiving a job through your phone the vehicle will be delivered at the stops main gate, the player is able to move the vehicle to a car lift to then further examine and diagnose issues and then repair them. The player is then able to take the vehicle for a test drive at various places around the city like the Abandoned Airport, Race Track, Offroad Track, Test Track and the Speed Track. As you repair vehicles and complete phone orders, you obtain cash and experience points. When enough experience points are gained, you level up and gain skill points, you can use these skill points on Unlocks to upgrade your shop and your skills to improve the quality of your jobs and increase the quantity of jobs you can complete at one time.
In addition to phone orders, the player can also visit four additional locations, the Junkyard, the Barn, the Car Salon and the Car Auctions, here you can find various vehicles in either terrible to medium or medium to good condition, the only exception to this is the Car Salon always sells vehicles at 100%. Fixing up cars from the Junkyard, Barns and Car Auctions can earn you some good money, you can repair the parts from the cars on the workbench with varying degrees of success and completing these cars and selling them also gives you a restoration bonus.

Find classic, unique and modern cars in the Barn find and Junkyard locations. You can even add your own cars through the provided Car Editor program.
